With a short hike and a serene space to stretch and strengthen you will walk back into your day feeling rejuvenated and ready to walk joyfully into your day.
Closing our the thoughts of day and relaxing the body is possible even for a beginner. While in a relaxed state like mediation we become more creative and as we go back into our world we are rejuvenated, we are more productive and creative.
